Over the past 15 years, Evgeny has represented private citizens and commercial businesses that are challenged by bureaucratic entities, and litigated on their behalf in Civil Courts, Administrative Courts and the Supreme Court. As a seasoned prosecutor and defense attorney, he has worked on both sides of the law, supporting and challenging government entities, including the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Interior, and various municipalities. He specializes in Criminal, White-Collar, Labor, Personal-Status, and Administrative Law. Evgeny is passionate about helping his clients overcoming frustrating injustices caused by bureaucratic insensitivity.

Evgeny led a team of MEI Law attorneys who provided free legal advice to over 1000 single-mothers, whose rights were being exploited by their employers during COVID.

RECOGNITION & MILESTONES

Inbar and her team overturned the the Ministry of Health’s attempt to force employers to fund their employees’ Covid isolation period, and are currently suing the State for damages this caused business owners
